What are the most important considerations in planning a trade show booth?


With so many other companies competing for the attention of your potential clients at a trade show, it is important for your trade show booth to look attractive, draw attention, and clearly tell WHO YOU ARE and WHAT YOU ARE SELLING. You sometimes only have a few seconds to grab a potential clients attention (before they walk on past). It's important for them to quickly figure out who you are and what you offer. Attractive trade show displays and large format graphics help grab the prospects attention!



How are trade show displays shipped? / How long will it take?


We normally ship UPS ground within the United States but can ship other ways including overnight once your display is ready for shipment. Most can be shipped by most package carriers, including ground, overnight, or checked as airplane baggage. We have many displays that are in constant use traveling across the country every few days. We have other clients who purchase several displays so they can be stored at many locations and/or be readily used in distributed locations.



How do we pay?

Which display is best for me... a floor model or table-top?


Most people find "floor" displays the most effective.....and feel they get the most impact for the money invested. The floor models usually create larger more attractive "eye catching" displays than the tabletops. In addition, with a floor display, you don't have to rent or search for a table to set it on. The Outline floor model displays set up in 5-10 minutes. The popups set up in 20 to 30 minutes. The 10' Popup Floor Model is probably THE most popular display in the industry.



Do I have to use a Velcro® or Showtime® (fabric) type display?


No, you can use graphics instead of fabric (for maximum attention) or you can use a combination of fabric and graphics. You can start with fabric (to hang your graphics on) and then later switch to graphics (in place of the fabric). If you plan to use the display and your company has several different products or services to offer, you may wish to use fabric and hang your graphics on the fabric with velcro tabs. In this way, you might have several different cases of graphics to use with the display... one case with graphics for Product A, one case for Product B, etc. Then you simply take the display along with the case of graphics which matches your needs for that particular show.

What colors are available?


Black, Blue, Red, or Gray are the quickest to manufacture and ship. Other colors of Showtime® fabrics are available and take about 3 weeks to manufacture.



What is Showtime® fabric?


Frontrunner® and Showtime® fabrics are textured "loop" material which accepts most Velcro® type dots or strips to affix graphics. The fabric looks a little like carpet... it has become a very popular material for trade show booth coverings. For color selection see the color charts available on this site.



How long will my display last?


For many years, if handled properly. The graphics can be updated very easily as your products and service offerings change.



How do I submit graphics?


Most graphics are submitted as specially prepared digital computer files. Call us for details on graphic submission.
OR
Our graphics department can produce your custom graphics from photographic transparencies, negatives, or photographs on special quotation. The quality of finished graphics is determined by the quality of the originals.



How are the displays set up?


Most displays can be assembled by one person in 10 to 30 minutes with no tools required.



When should I order a display?


We suggest you order well in advance of your next show so that the display can be available for effective use at the appropriate time. Don't wait until the last minute... because things can go wrong... a package carrier could go on strike, etc. BUT, if you get in a rush, please give us a chance to see what we can do for you.
