Trade Show Exhibiting Suggestions

• Trade show displays from Superior Displays are a GREAT way to showcase your company, people, products, & services.
• A good display can be used for many years and can be updated as needed.
• The display can be used in a variety of ways... at Trade Show Events (for Industry, Chamber, etc.), and can be used in conjunction with a seminar or other presentation. When not being used elsewhere, some people use the display in their lobby to further showcase their wares to visitors.
• Displays should command attention with large attractive graphics (to stop prospects as they "walk the aisles").
• Have hand-out literature available for those who wish to take... and for those who pass by and you do not have personnel to talk with them (so they can pick up on their own).
• Attempt to gather leads by offering a free drawing for something... requesting a business card inserted into a box for the drawing. (You can sort out these leads after the drawing and "follow-up").
• Suggest you have booth personnel STAND while working the booth. Seated staff does not convey an eagerness to talk with or help the potential customer.

Appropriate Trade Show Display

There is no single display which is the appropriate solution for every client. There are many factors which affect selection of the best display for you... all our displays are portable and can be easily shipped from one place to another in cases (most by UPS or similar means).

• Budget - We supply displays for clients with budgets from $300 to over $20,000.
• Type - We provide table-top displays, pop-up systems, and panel systems.

     • Come in several varieties from panel to pop-up.

     • Made of panels which are hinged together.
  4. The Outline System
     • The frame shows between panels (a lower cost alternative).
  5. The Marquee Display System
     • The frame is hidden inside (Slightly more in price but a GREAT display).
  6. Pop-Up Display Systems
     • Created from a pop-up frame with carpeted panels hung from them (a VERY popular medium-cost solution).

  1. Frontrunner Fabric
     • Hook/Loop (Velcro®) compatible texturized fabric. Looks like fine carpet with texture
  2. Showtime Fabric
     • A slightly more economical fabric. Fully hook/loop (Velcro®) compatible. Looks similar to Frontrunner in texture and colors.
• Durability - All the displays are durable and should last for many years with adequate care.
• Updates - Most of our displays are made of materials which will accept Velcro... making it easy to change graphics. Or the semi-permanent graphic panels we create for some clients can also be changed periodically as the product line changes.
